We do offer our apologies, that you have not yet received your entire order. Please contact customer service. Provide your order number, please explain that you have received your package, unfortunately some items were missing. the representative will give you an option of a refund or we will have a replacement shipped to you, at once.
When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. If you do not wish to wait please feel free to cancel your order at any time.

How do I return my product?
Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We only provide return slips for items damaged or mistakenly sent by Flexible Magnets. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you.
I received the wrong product
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
When will my order ship?

Do you ship to my country?
Shipping is free for all US customers, if you are out of the US, the information shipping will automatically calculate prior to submitting your payment information.
